If you want to return your order:
- Contact us before you send your package! info@mltvclothing.com
- You pay for the delivery fees and are responsible for the package to be returned. Items lost in transit will not be compensated for.
- The package has to be returned within 14 days after receiving it. Late returns are not accepted.
- The items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and with all garment tags still attached. If not your refund will not be accepted.
- No refunds on Customised pieces or Made to order.
- Goods on sale can be exchanged.
Faulty items are when: received damaged, manufacturing fault occurs within 6 month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
RECEIVING A REFUND.
The refund will exclude shipping costs, with the exception of faulty items.
EXCHANGES
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods if you would like to exchange. Please not there is no exchange on Customised pieces or Made to order. Returned goods must be unworn. You pay for the delivery fees and are responsible for the package to be returned. Items lost in transit will not be compensated for. MLTV Clothing will not charge additional shipping on exchanges.
All prices are shown in Euro and include Swedish VAT (25%) within the European Union.
